Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DigiDr, we offer flexible subscriptions with transparent cancellation terms.

Subscription Cancellation

Doctors or clinics can cancel their DigiDr subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation, access to subscribed features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or one-time setup fees.

If cancellation is made within the first 7 days of initial subscription, and no services (microsite setup or content posting) have been used, a full refund may be issued upon request.

Data Retention & Deletion

After cancellation, DigiDr retains your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.

After 30 days, your microsite and content will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Note: This policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational continuity for all our doctor-partners.
